These terms apply when you use daubday ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using daubday

daubday is free and does not require an account. You may use it for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please do not interfere with the service, try to break its security, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Pictures and what you make

The pictures on daubday are generated by our software and remain ours. You are welcome to save and share images and videos of pictures you have colored, for example on social media or in messages, for personal and non-commercial purposes. Please do not sell them or present the service's pictures as your own product.

Your photos

When you turn a photo into a puzzle, it is processed in your browser and stays on your device. You are responsible for the photos you use. Only use photos you have the right to use, and be thoughtful about photos of other people.

Advertising

The service is supported by ads from Google and its partners. Ads are provided by those third parties, and we are not responsible for the products or services they advertise. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.

No warranty

We work to keep daubday running well, but the service is provided as is. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. Coloring progress and photo puzzles are stored only in your browser, and we cannot recover them if they are deleted, for example when browser data is cleared.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service, or for data stored on your device being lost.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Questions are welcome at hello@daubday.com.
